If you would like to join either our Online Zoom Group (for anyone, anywhere) and/or the in person face-to-face group (on the Isle of Wight) just get in touch.  You don’t need a referral from you GP or mental health professional.

The online group meets each Monday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm

The face-to-face group is currently looking for a location to meet one a month.
